Maintenance person needed for rental properties within the Columbus area. We are a maintenance company that services about 175+ single family/duplexes/4-unit buildings in the Columbus area, mostly in the NE part of Columbus. You would have to have a truck/van and the tools needed to do routine maintenance such as minor electric, plumbing, etc. You would be going out on service calls that come in during the day or previous evening. No weekends. Section 8 experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Enough work for a 40-hour work week and are paid every Friday.
