As a Service Technician, you assist and/or lead a team of 2-3 team members with visits to our Valet Trash, Junk Removal, and Pressure Washing service customers. You will start as a Service Technician with the goal of quickly becoming a Lead Technician. Once you are competent as a Service tech, you will be trained to be a Lead Technician and trained to manage other team members. You will be trained to properly drive a our box truck(s), to pressure wash community areas, clean roofs, perform safe junk removals/trash-outs, perform janitorial services, safely clean gutters, and supervise others. Our training is designed to help you excel and move up in our company quickly. We aspire not just to do the job a client called us to do, but to really solve their problem and bring a sense of peace and calm that WOWS them. We do that by building trust starting with a neat appearance (clean, well groomed, shirt tucked in, hat on straight, pants at waist with belt) and continuing with your professional customer service approach (smiles and eye contact.) Educate clients about the services that we offer along with pricing, benefits and value of Warrior Coverage. We will train you to recognize opportunities to go beyond the basics to offer services that solve client problems. Our goal is to WOW and DELIGHT delivering 110% plus client satisfaction and operate with nothing less than 100% SAFETY ensuring ZERO injury and / or property damage. Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.) Make sure truck has enough receipts, safety equipment and marketing material. Estimate fairly and present jobs fairly but aggressively, meeting, and surpassing benchmarks. Be able to make logistical decisions (when to disposal, how to best complete a job, when to delegate job to wingman, how and when to market during downtime.) Lead your team by relevant example, showing them what the core values of the company are all about. Help train new team members about the day-to-day operations and core values. ABOUT YOU... REQUIREMENTS: Successful candidates MUST possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record and GREAT candidates will have had 2 years experience that includes delivering or in another customer service function involving driving a truck- MUST be drug and alcohol free MUST enjoy flexible and sometimes long hours MUST be committed to the highest level of customer service and helping others MUST be willing to be a part of a growing organization, be excited about the opportunity and be a leader than can help drive the change and growth. MUST be clean cut and outgoing with the ability to sell our value proposition. MUST be hard working and enjoy physical labor must be able to lift and sustain at least 50 lbs.
