Branch Manager Eastern AutoParts Warehouse is a fast growing, wholesale automotive parts distributor with 40+ locations, serving more than 5,000 service centers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for over 30 years. We are focused on customer service, fast delivery, large inventories, and competitive pricing, which all fulfill our motto “Service is the Difference.” We are searching for an experienced Operations & Sales manager who can lead a team, provide great customer service, and increase sales in the Willow Grove, PA area. Candidates must be able to: • Lead a Team focused on superior customer service and sales. • Help establish, grow, and maintain good relationships with customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service. • Hire, train, and support inside sales, warehouse and delivery employees. • Lead, supervise and schedule store employees. • Interview job applicants and conduct employee performance reviews. • Maintain store security including inventory control and cash handling. • Schedule and maintain delivery fleet. • Be proficient and accurate in your work. Qualifications: • Effective at organization, multi-tasking and dealing with multiple employee or customer concerns. • Strong leadership/verbal communication skills and ability to act in a professional manner while interacting with customers and teammates. • Working knowledge of automotive parts/service. • Technologically adept, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
