NEEDED Large Box truck or truck & LARGE trailer & driver

I need something equivalent or bigger than a Penske or Budget 16' box trailer for next Tuesday, June 15th during the day to move from Joplin (near the West Central Elementary school on 7th) To Tulsa OK (near Osage Casino) The truck needs to be in good condition, get reasonable gas mileage & clean. The trailer probably needs to be about 16' or so, clean & in good condition. I can pay $100, plus up to $50 in gas, which is about what I'd pay for a truck rental. I can pay $20/hour per person (1-2 men) for the loading (about 2 hours or so) in Joplin & 1 hour unloading. If you have a helper, great; otherwise I'll try & hire an additional person. I'll need a ramp & dolly. I will need the truck at the Joplin location about 10 or so in the morning, giving 2 hours to load, about 2 hours (120 miles) driving & 1 hour unloading. The fridge is the only really heavy item. The bigger 2-person items are full bed, twin bed, love seat, antique dresser, antique table (legs come off), old Army trunk, but lots of books, plastic containers, pictures, gardening & home maintenance supplies, mostly already packed. There are 5 steps at the Joplin location. More steps at the Tulsa location, but other than the 2 person items can be unloaded at ground level garage.
