Sheet rock to one room and ceiling

One 200 square foot room has endured water damage from the ceiling. All the rotten sheet rock has been removed, and about and 18 inch section all the way around the room has been cut out... I need someone to pick up the sheet rock(I will pay for it) and repair the ceiling and the wall. The wall should have a single tape and float seam all the way around the ceiling is a bit of a mess, I will leave it up to you how to repair again, there will be 200 square feet of sheet rocked ceiling, and the entire area of the 200 square foot rectangle will need sheet rock applied from cut out area to the floor please give an idea of your charges; I am sure you will want to see the project before, so give a call to take a look thanks 512-258-5561
