The position is a Full-Time General Cleaner Monday-Friday Second Shift 3:00 p.m. till 11:30 p.m. Responsibilities: - Maintaining cleanliness of facility your assigned too. - Cleaning of all common areas, bathrooms, and all other assigned areas of facility. - Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting. - Trash removal. - Cleaning of all common and students/employee service areas. - Ensure all client and common areas are well maintained, clean and inviting for students and visitors. - Maintain clean, safe work environment. - Vacuum Walk-O Mats. - Clean both sides of doors glass and wipes frames. Spot clean entrance glass. - Clean and polish drinking fountains. - Vacuum all carpeted areas. - Clean coffee machine/station. - Damp wipe all lunchroom tables - Shut and lock doors per instructions. - Arrange Furniture and wipe down glass on students desks. - Spot clean all walls. - Detail dust – High and low areas. - Clean all horizontal surfaces, including desks - Gather supplies and equipment for shift. - Meet with site Supervisor before shift for any special instructions of duties scheduled. - Setup and break down of events - Other duties as assigned. Requirements: - 1+ years office, commercial or residential cleaning, high traffic facility. - Demonstrate and promote great customer service attitude with pride in your work. - Fast worker showing initiative and follow through. - Bilingual English-Spanish, a plus but not required - Well groomed, displays professional image at all times through appearance, dress, attitude as appropriate for business office. - Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and handling of cleaning supplies. - Must be able to stoop, stand, bend, walk and other movements needed for cleaning up to 4 hours. - Able to properly clean upholstery, all types of floors, walls, ceilings, windows, vents, doors, lights, trash cans, blinds, equipment, furniture and various
