REXIUS Summary of Pay and Benefits Department: 34 Position: Irrigation Service Technician Requirements: Ability to lift 50lbs, driver’s license, prior experience in irrigation PAY Rate of Pay: $20-$25 OT on Average 10hr/wk Paid Time Off (PTO) 40hrs/year BENEFITS Health Insurance or HSA Plan employee pays $120.00 401k plan Cafeteria plan 6 Paid Holidays Group term life insurance $20,000 Short term disability DESCRIPTION Rexius Irrigation Technicians work with commercial and residential clients in the Lane County area and will oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems. We are looking for critical thinkers with a great understanding of sprinkler systems, yard maintenance and any other experience in irrigation. The work requires problem solving, craftsmanship, physical labor, and great customer service. Generally, work starts at 7am and workers usually get done at 5pm, but there could be more work on weekends during our busy season. On average there’s about 10 hours of overtime a week but you will see some slowdown in the winter, some weekly tasks could change when the time comes.
