HVAC Certification a plus General knowledge of Maintenance Repairs Punch vacant units for new move ins Complete Service Requests in a timely manner Electrical, plumbing, drywall, HVAC repairs, painting Ability to work independently & be detailed oriented Positive attitude and be willing to be on call Must communicate effectively with supervisor, fellow associates & residents Bilingual a plus but not required
