Job Description Position Description: Being a Crew Member requires you to be willing to work outdoors, endure physical labor, have good customer service skills, and safely work with a crew in foundation repair. Previous experience in construction, landscaping, remodeling, foundation repair, or new construction helpful. Supervision Received and Exercised: As Crew member, you will be supervised by the crew Lead, Day-to-Day Operations: Use of manual and motorized equipment for digging pilot holes for installing piles on both residential and commercial jobs Drive work truck (Must be 18 with a clean drivers license) Under-floor work Concrete work Demolition & Clean-up Loading and unloading trucks (equipment, hoses, steel piles, etc.) Must be able to communicate effectively Reliable transportation to get to the office/shop every day Must be able to lift 50-60 pounds Opportunity for advancement to Crew Lead for the right candidate. Foundation experience or block laying skills is plus. Must have working knowledge of basic construction and digging tools.
