Job Description Warehouse Packer -Full Time - (5 days a week) 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, with availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and most holidays -Seeking an individual to pack shipments, and various related duties inside a warehouse environment. Job Description: We are looking for a sharp and enthusiastic efficient yet detailed oriented worker to start in the next two weeks. You will be tasked with handling inventory daily, with a large number of different products, to properly identify and sort out, therefore attention to detail is a must. The position requires a candidate that is able to work in a warehouse environment doing moderately physical work. Candidates must be adaptable to the environment and company culture. Requirements and experience: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be flexible to work 5 days a week including Saturdays, Sundays, and most holidays • Able to understand and read labels • Basic computer skills, preferably Excel and other relevant software • Having basic mathematical abilities • Quick learner, detailed-oriented and organized • Excellent communication skills • Relevant experience (Packing): 1 year (Preferred) • Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred) • Must be able to lift up to 30 Lbs. • High School Diploma/GED Main Responsibilities: • Inspect merchandise/items to ensure that they are not damaged or missing any parts • Packing customer orders daily with bubble wrap • Sealing containers/boxes with tape • Make sure that materials inside are packed in a way that minimizes breakage during transit • Weighing and labeling packaged goods. • Reporting problems to supervisors immediately • Organizing warehouse, keeping work area clean Work Location: • One location (Cypress) Working days: • Monday • Tuesday • Wednesday • Thursday • Fridays • Saturdays • Sundays • Must be available to work on most Holidays Natureware Describes Its Culture as: • Quality and precision-focused • Innovative • Competitive and growth-oriented • Results-focused with strong performance culture • Traditional, stable, strong process-oriented • People-oriented, supportive and fairness-focused • Team-oriented, cooperative and collaborative Job Type: Full-time
