Window Washing (residential) Ideal candidate is interested in learning the window cleaning trade or has experience already. Most of our work is done at high end residential homes where quality of workmanship is a priority. Looking for someone who is detail oriented. Must be honest, reliable, hard-working with a good work ethic. You will also be required to maintain a professional appearance. Job Description and Requirements: Power washing (patios, decks, concrete). Setting up and climbing ladders (20ft). Ability to lift up to 50lbs (good physical condition required to operate equipment for long periods of time). Ability to operate water-fed poles from ground level up to 4 stories. Complete all window cleaning jobs meeting company cleaning standards and productivity requirements. Ability to professionally interact with clients and recommend services. Must comply with all safety policies and procedures. Reliable transportation (with valid driver's license, clean driving record and insurance). Monday-Friday - Available to work occasional Saturdays.
