Shop/Warehouse Assistant -Must be experienced in warehouse, customer service oriented with shipping/receiving a plus, have forklift experience, able to work inside and outside the warehouse and have a great work ethic!! II.) Receiving Coordinator - Must have great computer skills, great computer skills, able to follow instructions, have great attention to detail, and experience with MRP, SAP, or ERP systems a plus. III) Temp Janitor – experience with maintaining premise, rest and work areas of offices and industrial buildings, self-motivated and starter, sense of urgency and personable, ability to manage time/projects, and demonstrates flexibility. I.) SHOP HELP/WAREHOUSE CLERK - Two Locations (Temecula & Fallbrook, CA) M-F 7:30- 4:30 Sa 7:30-1:00 (flex to work some Saturdays) Pay: $16-17/hr. DOE + OT Key Responsibilities: - Counter/Customer Service Assistant - Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred - Write up work orders/ repairs - Be able to lift up to 50/lbs. - Help load/unload trucks and customers when needed - Process and file paperwork when needed - Help check in product/parts - report any discrepancies when needed - Help stock shelves - Help maintain a clean store/warehouse - Mechanically inclined (preferred but not required) - Quick learner/ Work in a fast-paced environment - Get along with others - Team player II.) Receiving Coordinator – Menifee/Hemet area M-F 6am-2:30pm Pay: $15.25/hr. I. Summary of Position: Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the receiving dock. Responsible for the timely and accurate receiving of all items delivered to the production site. Follows established procedures to document all receiving transactions in the ERP and applicable internal systems. Maintains safety and security of work area to prevent loss of incoming material and supplies. II. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinates the activities of the receiving dock, including advising suppliers in the unloading of trucks. • Operates powered industrial truck (forklift) to load and unload material. • Physically unloads trucks using hand devices or forklifts. • Transacts deliveries in the ERP system in accordance with training and current standards. • Ensures compliance requirements are met in the identification, labeling, tracking, and storage of materials. • Gives direction to the Material Handler on how to accurately stock and store materials. • Verifies supplier deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips. • Reports and works with purchasing to resolve issues with deliveries. • Adheres to all regulatory compliance (OSHA, ISO, etc.) • Follows all safety rules and regulations. • Performs lot inspections as required by the Operations and Purchasing teams. • Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Temp Janitor (approx. 4 months) – Menifee/Hemet area M-F 6AM-2:30PM Pay: $15.50/hr. I. Summary of Position: Maintains buildings and grounds in clean, orderly condition. Reports to Maintenance Manager. Works under general supervision. II. Key Responsibilities: • Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition. • Performs a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment. • Performs sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing or buffing floors. • Removes refuse. • Polishing of furniture, fixtures, or trimmings. • Provides janitorial supplies to appropriate areas. • Performs cleaning of lavatories, showers, or rest rooms. • Prepares paint and applies to various structures. • Maintains company grounds and outside areas in neat and orderly fashion. Removes waste, debris, and other related materials from company grounds. • Ensures outside manufacturing waste
