Lewis Apartment Communities is hiring now for Laborer position to work on renovations of our large apartment communities. In this job, you will: •Haul demolished materials to the trash & assist with demolition processes •Sweep saw dust and other debris around work areas •Painting •Responsible for maintaining safely delineators and caution tape •Spread materials for the Renovation Techs & organize storage areas and bins •Assist with the lifting of heavy wood •Jack hammer & dig footings •Mix Concrete •Assist Renovation Techs with their work processes •Maintain an adequate supply of drinking water In this role, you will join a great team for large-scale EXTERIOR RENOVATION projects for multiple one & two-story apartment communities throughout the Inland Empire area. This is a full-time position, 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. NOTE: Candidates must have good transportation, valid license and basic tools. Drug-screen will be required at hire.
