Multi State Real Estate investment company is seeking a well versed, reliable, and skilled maintenance technician for its multi-property, multifamily operation in Riverside, CA. Technician must have at least 1-2 years of experience, and must be well versed in general labor/work orders. General labor requirements are: *Painting *Repairs, *Plumbing, *Electrical repairs. The technician must be expedient, reliable, and have an ability to complete work within the required time allotment. Must be able to work in a team environment and under supervision. Most importantly, we are seeking career minded individuals if full time employment is offered upon contract completion and quality of work is met. Must have reliable transportation and tools.
