General Description Role: Responsible for maintaining the grounds, park building and park facilities (pool, restrooms, clubhouse, storage areas) and park owned homes in a clean, safe, and first-class manner. Reports to On-site Manager Requirements and Capabilities • Perform various maintenance tasks • Identify maintenance issues, or areas of park improvement • Communication – English (Spanish a plus) • Must have California Driver’s License • Writing Skills - Document and Maintain maintenance logs Primary Responsibilities Regular inspection of all park common areas and improvements Regular inspection of all park owned homes Maintaining all common areas in a clean, safe and first-class condition Miscellaneous repairs of park owned rental homes or park related issues Time: • 6 hours a day / 5 days a week • On-call weekends; afterhours for emergencies (if necessary) • Additional time for specific projects (TBD) Compensation: • Hourly to be determined based upon skills and experience • No medical insurance provided
