We are a property management company looking to hire a carpenter to do as follows : -Focusing on exterior carpentry from window frames, garage doors, exterior building trim. -Inspects any woodwork work required on any of the buildings to prevent from further damage and conducts maintenance. -Will sometimes need to paint different areas throughout the property. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
