Rehoming female cat

I’m rehoming this cat Mavis, she’s 3 years old and currently NOT spayed. I originally was supposed to get her for a temporary time and the owner ended up saying she had to go to the shelter so I just ended up keeping her until I find her a good home but it’s been months. The owner also lied about her being spayed, which I found out she isn’t when she started going in heat. Overall she’s a very sweet cat, she loves to be pet she arches like crazy, she has the cutest meow and she will sleep with you, she’s also really tiny in person. She gets along fine with dogs and other cats after awhile if the other cat isn’t mean to her. I want her to go to a loving home preferably without a dog or cat but one cat is fine too. Serious people only please who would really keep her. I can send you more pictures and videoed of her also. Rehoming fee applies
