Maintain the day-to-day operations and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Property Supervisor and or Manager. In order to obtain this position you must have basic knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repairs. This position is full time 9a.m. - 6p.m. with a one hour lunch. After 90 days you can apply for medical, dental and vision benefits. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance in a residential or similar industry. Ability to understand basic instructions verbally or in written form. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Ability to frequently climb, kneel, stoop, crouch and/or crawl. Ability to work around chemical cleaning solutions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
