Seeking Female Singer / Bandmate

I'm a guitarist / bandleader / sometimes singer - I want to start a vocal harmony based band with multiple lead singers that can play both acoustic shows but also rock out a little when need be, kind of like the Eagles, Crosby Stills & Nash, Buffalo Springfield, The Byrds, Beatles, Beach Boys, Queen, etc. The idea will be to start out with covers and then slowly start contributing or creating originals as a group. Singer-songwriters are very much welcome if you're okay with stepping back and letting someone else take the lead as well. It's a huge plus if you play an instrument, but not a necessity.
