Young, brindle dog seeking new home

Rowena is 2.5 years old and about 40 lbs. She has been with me for two years. She was my first dog and has been a joy. However, I have concluded that she needs more room than my high-rise studio apartment can offer and would enjoy a home that can offer some outdoor space where she can run more. She is house trained, spayed, micro-chipped, and up on her shots. Rowena has completed three training courses at Doggie Business (Beginner, Intermediate, and “Good Citizen” where she scored 90% on her final exam). She is familiar with various commands, including sit, down, stay, and come (though still chooses to ignore them at times). Her favorite games are tug with a toy or stick and chasing a ball, which she sometimes brings back to be thrown again and sometimes brings back hoping to play keep-away with you before letting you have it again. She currently lives with a cat and they get along well – wrestling, chasing each other, and sleeping together often. She loves to run and is inclined to chase squirrels up trees when let her off the leash. She’s good with children, behaves well in a car, and is respectful of furniture. She does well at doggie daycare, playing well with the other dogs there. Issues we are still working on: She will often bark at people on skateboards or when a large truck rumbles by. When on leash, she can bark and lunge at dogs she doesn’t know, particularly if they are larger than her. Currently she lives in South Waterfront where interacting with many dogs on every walk is unavoidable. She would enjoy a neighborhood with fewer dogs or more space, where it is easier to avoid constant interaction while on leash.
