Tile Work, grout, cleaning, patio and more. Several Small Job 1 House!

House has new tile and bathrooms, and had basically everything redone earlier this year. There's a few tile related things that need to be done/or gone back and fixed. We're moved back in so we needed to take a break from construction to get back to a somewhat normal life So... Small Job 1: 1. Two showers and bathroom - Two showers need some detailing of the grout around the tile and the niche - Some light grout haze/residue on the shower and bathroom wall tile. - Excessive grout needs to be taken off some areas on the floor and corners. - Shower floor rock needs to be sealed and maybe even ground to drain better- you'll have to take a look at options if possible. Small Job 2: 2 Clean kitchen backsplash. It's sloppy, needs cleaning. Medium Job: 125sqft of tile installed by the front door Grass needs to be killed that's nearby and one 2sqft of concrete may need to be ground a little to make it even/level so it's not a trip hazard. Big Tile Job: Install 600sqft of tile on the back patio It is long runs, 46'x13' This was supposed to be done with the rest of the house but it didn't get done. However- the majority of the prep work has been done- the entire concrete pad was leveled with a machine we rented. You will have to hand grind the area close to the house and repair a crack if needed. But the difficult/big part of the prep of this has already been done. Let me know what you charge/per hour/want to get paid. You will be paid when the job is complete And please give me more info/details/photos/etc don't just send me your name and number and say to call. We can start with one of the jobs and see how it goes. Every time someone has been greedy trying to get all the work they've screwed me in the process so we can start little by little and see how things go. Larger teams of tile people will get priority. I need everything done start to finish- I can't do every other weekend for 3 hours here and there. Time is of the essence! I will cover all materials, tile is already here ready to go. Price is for LABOR ONLY I need the bathrooms and backsplash cleaned up as soon as possible. The patio and front door area- I'm not in a hurry for but want done.
