Had my house redone from start to finish Had a crew paint it- everything kept getting delayed and needed to get things moving so they worked all night for a few nights and got it done. They did a fine job but because of the time/deadline they didn't put as much detail into the small things I'd like. So I'd like someone to come in and touch up basically everything. A few spots need touching up, a few places around the walls, and on the ceilings were missed, baseboards maybe need a few spots touched up or cleaned up, the windows had some tape take off the painting around the frames, maybe some cleaning up paint on the door hinges. A few spots sanded on a door to clean up, or touch up some doors. And I'd also like the lines sharpened up on the major/noticeable spots between the wall and ceiling. And some doors painted right/maybe some spots or runs sanded and gone over. It's probably at most a days worth of work probably less. I have probably all the materials but I can get what I don't have or whatever you need I need just the labor, no paint, no materials. I figure hourly is the best and fairest way to do this House is 1500 square feet It's really not about painting, this is really about someone with a great eye, attention to detail- that cares about getting it looking perfect. Little details, small things- nothing really major.
