Need plans for second floor stairs / engineer / permit

I've got a second floor bedroom and would like to put stairs from the second floor to ground level. Need the plans to apply for the permit. Any engineers would be great to assist. I can get you details as well as meet at property in Orlando today or this weekend if possible.
