Licensed contractor is looking for skilled vendors for home renovations in the Pinellas and Pasco counties. You must carry your own general liability insurance. Workers comp is preferred but will consider WC exempt with proof of exception from the state. Our typical renovations include Demo / Trash out, drywall work, popcorn texture removal, paint, LVP and tile flooring, change out of lighting, change out of plumbing fixtures, install doors, install windows and fence installation. If you are not insured do not respond. We will not consider anyone that is not insured. You must have reliable transportation and all tools needed for work accepted. We are looking for long term profitable partnerships with our vendors. o We can buy the materials, so little out of pocket expenses on your end. o We do all the front-end work (finding the work, material list built and material delivered to the site). o Regular site visits to answer questions, give guidance and help you trouble shoot issues. o Typical work orders are built with a clear labor price paid, so no guessing on what you will actually get to take home. o We know you work to live, not live to work, so we value your time. We are growing extremely fast, and the workload is more than our long-term crews can handle, so we are looking for new, long-term crews to join the team.
