Description

We are a growing manufacturing company looking to fill the role of Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will lead all shop floor production efforts to ensure efficiency, accuracy, safety, quality, and team growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. The Production Supervisor will be responsible but not limited to the following: Maintain production staff as needed by recruiting and hiring new staff; Enforce current processes and procedures; Maintain a clean and safe work environment by training and holding staff responsible for their work areas; Coach and train staff so daily production goals can be reached.
