Housekeeping Rooms Inspector - Full Time - DiamondHead Beach Resort Responsibilities include assisting the Executive Housekeeper in overall department management. This person will be responsible for inspecting the quality of work performed by hotel housekeeping team, ensuring that all rooms are prepared in a timely manner and are maintained according to SunStream’s standards. Effectively provides instruction and guidance to Room Attendant staff. Computer skills for opening procedures, closing procedures, updating room status, email, lost and found, etc. Duties may also include assisting with room assignments, laundry duties, room and common area cleaning, as needed. Candidates must have attention to detail. Qualified candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, weekends and some holidays. Prior hotel housekeeping experience and computer skills are required. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Bi-lingual is a plus. We treat our employees like family.
