Description Being a part of an enthusiastic sales team, whose main focus is helping patients select eye wear that will benefit their lifestyle while educating them on the features, advantages, and benefits. Building relationships with new patients and continuing to grow the relationship we have established with existing ones. Dispensing and adjusting eyeglasses. Patient resolution, troubleshooting. Training and developing staff. Frame ordering and inventory control. Job Type: Full-time Benefits Medical, dental, paid vacation. Position Requirements Knowledge of optical products and business practices preferred. High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail, optical, and/or management experience is preferred. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results. Strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills, organizational skills and an attention to detail required. Open shift availability required. At least 18 years of age.
