Experienced Roofer needed for layover

We have a rental home that needs a roof over, we do not want to rip off the existing one layer we would like just to roof over the top. If this is something that you can do then email me the price per bundle if we provide all materials. The pitch is 4/12 and its only one storey. We are looking for a flat rate per bundle/square the shingle type will be architecture shingles. Looking to start in 1-2 weeks.
