Lauren Llacera will lead a Gentle Yoga Journey that flows through the Chakras (the 7 Energy centers that run up and down our Spine). Enjoy your yoga experience at Eau Palm Beach Resort and take with you a Fairy Day Pass you can use between Monday-Thursday. Return for a full day of indulgence sipping champagne and nibbling on decadent cupcakes. Lounge, linger, splash and swing in the lush, open-air Self-Centered Garden, soak and soothe in the bath lounges featuring a steam room, heated loungers, sauna, oversized Jacuzzi and cascading rain shower. Lauren is a “Chakra Enthusiast”, a Registered Yoga Teacher certified by the Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing and studying Yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 8 years. She shares her passion for Yoga by teaching locally in the Palm Beach area and globally with yoga retreats.
