Experienced, Licensed and Non- Licensed Contractors to remodel Large Single Home in South Jersey Area Essential duties include but are not limited to: Drywall • Hang and finish sheetrock/drywall. • Install light gauge metal wall/ceiling framing. Carpentry • Construct, erect, install and repair structures, structural members and fixtures made of wood, plywood, wallboard and materials that take the place of wood, such as plastic, metals, composites, fiberglass and cement board. • Layout, construct and install floors, walls, roofs, doors, windows, stairways, etc. • Erect and use all types of scaffolding, staging, etc., as necessary. • Must provide own basic hand tools. • Repair and replace doors, walls, ceilings, siding, window frames, sashes, stairs, handrails, casework, etc. • Repair and replace building structure, i.e., studs, joists, trusses, rafters, beams, etc. • Install interior and exterior trim and other related finish work, i.e., window and door trim, baseboard, chair rail, cornice, etc. • Install and maintain all types of hardware, i.e., window and door locks, hinges, etc. • Install casework/cabinetry. • Perform demolition work as necessary to include, but not limited to, partitions, doors, frames, ceilings, carpet, base, etc. Job Requirements: • Experience. (preferred), But can be replaced with Skills (Licensed A Plus) • Communicating information (verbal, written, and electronic) • Must possess the ability to communicate effectively. • Perform maintenance, repairs, and alterations. • Valid Driver’s License A Plus Must be reliable, self sufficient, able to work with others, able to take direction, and be able to meet timelines.
