Hello, female here that just enroll in a local gym in my area, in need of some motivation, accountability. As well as show me how to maximize my time at the gym to help reach my weight loss goal. I have done HITT training in the past as well as yoga and Pilates. I would need help in the areas of nutrition as well. I don’t have much so can’t afford to pay but I don’t understand your time is available. I know this may sound crazy but I’m asking to help me for free.
