Join ACE to learn about medicinal uses for mushrooms with Katie Lawson of Fungal Focus. Learn about the different ways that fungi can interact with the human body and their potential as medicine. Attendees will learn about the benefits and the extraction processes of medicinal mushrooms. This class should not replace the advice of your doctor, however we can learn more about fungi and how to consume them together. Attendees will go home with your very own tea/ tincture kit. NOTE: This is a two hour class. Katie Lawson has been growing mushrooms for almost five years and has been studying mycology since 2016. Katie’s goal is to elevate the volume of conversation on this topic and to advocate for the fungi.
