The Tulsa Port of Catoosa is one of the largest, most inland river ports in the 25,000 miles of U.S. inland river system. It serves as head of navigation for the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System which runs 445 river miles from Northeast Oklahoma to the Mississippi River. The Tulsa Port is also a 2500-acre industrial park that opened for operation late in 1970. Whether it’s agricultural commodities, steel, petroleum products, machinery, or finished-goods, it can be shipped in and out of the Tulsa Port of Catoosa using a combination of truck, rail and barge. Shipping capabilities along with the manufacturing operations and manufacturing support facilities located in the industrial park makes the Tulsa Port of Catoosa a unique and invaluable asset to Oklahoma and the surrounding states.
