Capital Staffing is currently seeking a Distribution Clerk for a well established Fire Prevention company located in Placerville, CA! The ideal candidate will possess administrative/data entry skills, a positive attitude, and high attention to detail. Essential Job Duties: • Printing out all orders as they are received and labeling them with the correct location and delivery date. • In charge of packing and labeling each order accordingly with the correct location to be delivered. • Ensure all orders are complete and delivered within the weekly time frame. • Tracking inventory and supply levels • Issue all gear and assign to new hires and rehires • Email communication regarding issued tools and supplies • Ensure that all items going in and out of the department are tracked with a barcode and correctly added into database • Complete sign out sheets and send with items when applicable. Track and ensure forms are returned and enter into system • Responsible for breaking down gear, inspecting it (retiring it if necessary), and assigning it back into the system • Put away supplies as shipments are delivered • Responsible for checking to make sure trucks that are being sent to the field are outfitted with all the necessary & required gear needed to go to work immediately at a job site.
