Handy Person needed for Repairs & Maintenance

I'm looking for a handy person ( aka handyman ) to help on an ongoing basis with small repairs and maintenance projects for my three-family house in Jamaica Plain. Someone who lives locally or nearby is preferred. Experience is a must. For example, you can fix toilet leaks, drains, showers, doors, windows, screens, and light fixtures. You can paint, refinish floors, repair carpet, and repair warped deck boards. References will be requested. The ideal person will be willing to work on an hourly basis, as many of the jobs are small and only an hour or two would be needed to handle them. That’s why living nearby is preferred.
