Skills Fair: PICU/NICU, L&D/Perinatal *PLEASE NOTE; TO REDUCE CONFUSION & HAVE A SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE PLEASE READ THE DIRECTIONS BELOW* The entire skills fair consists of 9 booths and will take you approximately 2 hours to complete. Your ticket time is your DOOR TIME. Education will sell door times in slots of four staff members. You and three coworkers will move from table to table, staying together in a clockwork fashion. Each presenter will have around 10 minutes to present a topic, teach and sign competencies. You will not move to the NEXT table until that booth is entirely free. This system reduces traffic and keeps the room capacity under 50. Because of this system, your group will move forward without you if you are late. Plan to be at the Solarium doors at your specified time DOOR TIME. Thanks in advance for your understanding, professionalism, and patience.
