The Gloucester Township Rotary Club Foundations supports many charitable causes internationally and within our community. Rotary International and the Bill Gates Foundation are leading the fight to eradicate polio worldwide.
We provide scholarships for deserving students in our high schools and middle schools. We make donations and provide sponsorships to many of the youth athletic organizations in Gloucester Township. We support Interact Clubs at Highland, Timber Creek, Camden County Technical, and Overbrook High Schools. We also provide dictionaries to all of the third graders in our local schools.
Our Rotary Club Foundation has run the Ralph Carter Fun day for approximately twenty- five years. Rotarians take approximately fifty local fourth and fifth graders to Morey’s Pier in Wildwood for the day on the second Saturday in June. Many of these children have never had the opportunity to go to our local seashore.
For more information on how your donation is helping to make a difference in the lives of so many in our community, we invite you to visit our website at http://www.gtrotary.org or friend us on Facebook. You can also find information there on our upcoming events for this year and volunteer opportunities.
