Raking and rock removal

My dirt yard needs to be hand-raked ASAP to remove small rocks/gravel and weeds before sod is installed next week. Please note we are not hiring to install sod, just to rake the dirt to remove many small rocks/gravel that was left behind by the construction crew. I estimate this to be a full day job to take approximately 8-10 man hours. Will pay extra for haul-away but can also handle haul-away myself if needed. Cash payment upon completion of job. Hiring for immediate start!!! Thanks!
