The Medve Group, Inc. is a property management and investment company specializing in multi-family investments and management of communities in four states. We are actively seeking a Groundskeeper / Porter to assist full-time in Lafayette, LA. He/she will be responsible for the upkeep of grounds, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and common areas of Plantations at Lafayette and Grove at Plantation. Duties: • Daily removal of trash from office, clubhouse and exterior of buildings • Perform general custodial functions including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting • Ensure property curb appeal meets and/or exceeds management expectations • Assist make-ready team in the cleaning and preparation of market ready units • Report any maintenance concerns to the maintenance supervisor • Communicate professionally with residents, guest and staff • Various other tasks as needed GREAT PAY + FULL BENEFITS + GROWTH POTENTIAL + 35% RENT DISCOUNT Qualified professionals are encouraged to submit their resume to [email protected] or visit our career center at to complete an app for immediate consideration.
