Here is what your day might look like as our Housekeeper: As our go-getter Housekeeper, your priority is creating superb environments! You make a difference in others lives by keeping the community where our residents live a place they’ll love! Interacting with those residents, your team members and guests, in a friendly way with customer care! You’ll be called on for the needs of refreshing areas of the community, amenities, and apartment homes in order to provide pristine cleaning services! A few things that your day-to-day might include: • Sweeping debris from exterior/interior office and buildings as needed. • Dusting, cleaning, and moping the Leasing Office daily. • Dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and moping of amenities daily. • Dusting and ‘fluffing’ of vacant apartments. • Cleaning fixtures appliances, cabinets, windows, shelves, bathrooms, floors, tub sinks, toilets, faucets, etc., in model homes and designated vacant apartments. • Light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs. • Responsible for informing the maintenance supervisor of any mechanical issues discovered during the cleaning of the apartment. • Responsible for all other duties as requested by maintenance staff (both lead and technicians), and management.
