StreetCode is hosting a dance party in the park with backyard baseball, food, and prizes. Everyone is welcome! Come celebrate the kickoff of StreetCode Summer Quarter with a COVID-safe gathering at Jack Farrell Park! DJ AC Mayden will be hosting a dance party in the park, celebrating the local little league sluggers with Backyard Baseball and, of course, food on the grill! There will be giveaways with amazing prizes! (Did someone say...PS4s?) All are welcome, whether you've attended a StreetCode class or haven't yet! Bring your friends and family to celebrate with us! StreetCode is a nonprofit that bridges the digital divide, empowering communities of color to achieve their full potential by sharing the skills, mindsets, and networks they need to embrace tech and innovation. We provide FREE 6-week courses and one-time classes on coding, design, and entrepreneurship to students of all ages, locally in the Bay Area and across the country. We also offer 1-year laptop rentals, technical support, and community events to support our local communities of color, all for FREE!
