Create Your Vision + Embody Your Vision is a two hour workshop that includes beginner meditations, a vision board exercise, and guided dance to invoke the embodiment of your future creations. Bring your own props, mat, mediation pillow, journal, water bottle, and items you want to include in your vision board.
