Join us for another amazing dinner celebrating the best chefs in the business Sip and savor with The Justice League of Food, a local non-profit that educates and inspires at-risk youth in the culinary arts! ~~Featured Chef: Matt Drennan~~Growing up, Matt Drennan cooked alongside his mother and grandmother. Later in life, he realized his passions were rooted in the culinary arts and went on to attend the Iowa Culinary Institute and then completed an internship in France. Shortly after his return, Drennan joined Fleming’s and worked his way up to becoming senior chef partner. Away from the kitchen he enjoys spending his free time with his wife of 7 years, Tasha, and his two daughters, Peyton, 7, and Indira, 3. He enjoys teaching his daughters to cook in the kitchen, and to have a love for Star Wars, Iowa State and the Denver Broncos. Drennan also enjoys competing in culinary competitions throughout the year. Most recently, he took home top honors at the Iowa Restaurant Association statewide competition in 2019 and 2020. ~~Meal Information~~All dinners will include pre-dinner wine and beer samplings and a wine and/or beer pairing with each course. Live entertainment during the evening! Doors at 6:00pm, dinner at 6:30pm.
