Austin will be playing live to facilitate relaxation & healing while Melanie will lead the participants on a journey inward into the wonderful realms of the subconscious mind. In a deep relaxation state you will have the opportunity to connect with your highest potential and release any blocks that have been holding you back from feeling connected to others and your higher self. Now is the time to re-connect! Through this journey inwards you will gain the confidence to show up as your authentic self and be open to making deep & meaningful connections with your community. Located at the beautiful Yoga Barn that is connected to The Pizza Peel in Plaza Midwood - Charlotte NC. ** Please bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets, bolsters, etc, and anything that will allow you to lay comfortably for 90 minutes.
