Hard Rock/Nu-Metal original band based out of Omaha seeks versatile guitarist capable of rhythm and lead playing. This is a new and serious project with goals of writing albums and playing live. We have a few original songs already written, along with a couple cover re-writes, with several more songs in the beginning stages. We are ready to move onto shooting video, but unfortunately we are losing our guitarist soon. Our sound is a mix of open guitars and drums with some electronic layers and modern production to enhance it. So far it has fallen along the lines of Powerman 5000 meets Volbeat, but we are open to other sounds and many other influences. This is an organized, serious, and fun music project that includes writing albums, performing live, and shooting music videos. We are not looking to tour, but will travel for the right show opportunities. MUST: - Have stage and band experience - Be energetic, no wearing holes in the stage. - Play rhythm and lead, we prefer having only 1 guitarist - Have NO ego & NO drama - Be able to write and perform using a click track - Have good communication skills - Have own gear and transportation - Have some kind of recorded examples of your playing to provide to us for consideration - Have the ability to record at home and have experience working with a DAW for remote writing. * Age is not a factor if your ability, energy, and your "look" is the right fit. * Distance is not a factor if you have good recording ability and are familiar with a DAW Serious inquiries only.
