New to Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) or want to learn more about basic paddling ? Join us for a two hour workshop to learn the basics about SUP. Board Rental is included in this package.
Rebecca Balch has been stand up paddling for over ten years, including SUPyoga and amateur SUP racing. She is a World Paddle Association Class 1 Instructor. She has a passion for the water and a desire for all paddlers to be safe on the water.
What should I bring?
Sunscreen
Drinking water
Clothes you don't mind getting wet
A change of dry clothes
Towel
Water Shoes
A dry bag for any precious electronics/phones
Certified yoga instructor and 6 years experience in paddling. I taught basic standup board paddling at Chattanooga State.
