Hobby Farm in Queen Creek is looking for a stall cleaner/barn worker. duties to include: • Clean the 6 interior stalls daily. Replace shaving as needed. • Clean 1 additional outside stall 2x per week, horses use it as a run in to escape the heat. • Scrub and empty the water buckets daily • Water and rake barn isle daily, tidy hay storage area, remove excess loose hay. • Replenish hay in barn storage area as needed. This is a perfect job for animals lovers, retied or military vets. This usually takes approx. 2.5 hrs to 3 hrs a day depending on how a person works. It's acceptable to work various start hrs based on the heat and daylight hrs. You could start as early as 5 or 5:30 am in the dead of the summer and as late at 10 am in the winter to let it warm up a bit. All stalls have fans and mister to help stay cool in the heat. Pay is based on experience and is based on a flat rate, I also pay time and a half for holiday's if you choose to work them.
