Rehoming a blue parakeet

Need to rehome this blue parakeet due to moving. He's almost four year old and parent raised. He comes with a vision S01 cage, some food and some toys. It took me a fair amount of time and affort to convert him to pellet food, after which he's become more active and healthy, so I hope he can continue on a diet mainly on pellets/fresh vege/fruits, with seeds as treats. I ask for a rehoming fee of 30 dollars (everything included), but if you have parakeets at home or previous experience with parakeets (show me pics/videos of your birds at home), I can waive that. Or, if you can do a quick video chat and show me how he's settling in new home a month or so after you get him, I can venmo you back the rehoming fee.
