As we continue recovering from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, United Way SELA needs your help now more than ever. To jumpstart the St. Tammany Parish campaign season, we are hosting two separate cook-offs – in the West (Monday, July 26, 2021) and the East (Monday, August 2, 2021). For only $10 a person, attendees enjoy all the red beans and rice they can eat and much more! Proceeds benefit suicide prevention, mental health services and other United Way programs serving St. Tammany Parish. For more than 90 years, no other nonprofit organization in the area has taken such a broad, objective view of the community as a whole like we do at United Way of Southeast Louisiana. We spend a great deal of time identifying, assessing and monitoring the most pressing needs in our region.
