Blue Blaze Brewing invites you to participate in our Blue Blaze Hiking Club! New members are always welcome. Be sure to social distance and Starting April 10th, 2021 - In an effort to provide quality hikes in an intimate, and low-impact manner, as well as maintain COVID safe numbers, we will be charging $5 for participating and limiting our group size. Tickets and must be purchased ahead of time. You will not be able to pay at the trailhead. A Meetup/Facebook RSVP does not reserve your spot. Sales end at midnight the day before the hike. Tickets can be fully refunded up until midnight the day before the hike. Blue Blaze Brewing invites you to participate in our Blue Blaze Hiking Club! New members are always welcome. Be sure to social distance and bring masks for pre and post hike gathering. This week we will be hiking a figure-eight loop at Stevens Creek Nature Preserve in Charlotte. Our route will combine a few different trails in the park, and should come out to 3.7 miles. The trail is on natural terrain with little to no elevation change. This hike is rated as easy. Bring plenty of water and snacks. We will plan on taking a break during the hike. After the hike, we will enjoy a refreshing Blue Blaze brew back at our taproom. A local food truck will be on-site to satisfy your hiker's hunger! All participants can partake in a free raffle for some awesome Blue Blaze goodies. Folks of all ages and most skill levels are welcome to join us (drinks only for those who are 21 and older, of course). Leashed dogs can come along too! Hikes will be led by avid hiker, runner, and backpacker, Emily Medvedeff. GPS LOCATION: 15700 Thompson Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227 Upon arrival look for the Blue Blaze Banner! WEATHER STATEMENT: Hikes are not canceled due to rain. If there is severe weather, hikes will be canceled by 8am the morning of, and hikers will be reimbursed in full. Brewers with a hiking problem.  Blue Blaze Brewing offers fresh, full-flavored beer brewed locally in small, artisan handcrafted batches using the freshest ingredients. We will use pesticide-free, locally-sourced ingredients, whenever available.
